- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The competition is running on the House of Handmade and their Third Party Partners' website and social media platforms.
- To enter the competition, an entrant must subscribe to the House of Handmade and their third party partners newsletters by providing their email address on the website and/or social media platforms.
- By entering the competition, an entrant agrees to receive marketing communications from House of Handmade and the Third Party Partners part of this competition. An entrant can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instructions in the email or contacting House of Handmade or their Third Party Partners.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- The closing date for entry will be 11:59 pm AEST on the 29th October 2023. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. - The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The $200 Gift Card prize comprises of one (1) x gift card valued at $200. Valid at House of Handmade physical store at 73 Bridge Road, or online at houseofhandmade.com.au. The expiry period is 2 years. The Card cannot be used to make transactions that exceed the available balance. For such a transaction you need to pay the difference by another method. The Card cannot be used to obtain or redeem cash and cannot be used for making direct debit, recurring, or regular instalment payments.
- The winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the promoter and or its agents.
- The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or delivered.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
